Registration procedure 

Thank you for considering Global Village School Summer Camp for your child. 

Space is limited, please register early! 
Please note- Registration is on a first come, first served basis.
Enrollment last year was high and we had long wait list for Summer Camp. Please be aware that program have limited space and try to register as soon as possible.

The enrollment form consists of:
●   Registration Form
●   Code of student conduct Form
●   Parent Release Waiver Form
●   Medical Authorization Form

Parents are required to fill out the attached all the forms for each child being enrolled in Summer Camp Program. At that time, of enrollment, make sure all documents including waivers are signed before processing.
